About Us

Minni is a private Real Estate Investor in the Northern VA area and recently founded Wisdom Real Estate Investment LLC (Wisdom REI) with her husband.  She is originally from Jakarta, Indonesia and came to Findlay, OH without knowing English when she was 20 years old.  With determination, she went to the University of Findlay, learned English, received a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, and then a Masters in Business Administration (MBA).

Minni always wanted to live in the San Francisco Bay Area.  

After graduating, she moved to the Bay Area with her two degrees and her ability to speak English with people (finally!).  She met her soulmate in 2004 and got married the following year.  Minni and her husband moved to the DC area in early 2007 to be close to her husband’s family who lives in Pennsylvania.

For 18 years, Minni climbed her way up the corporate ladder to become a Director of Finance in a Biotech company.  She was working in a fast-paced dynamic environment, and as a new employee, she was key in preventing her company from going into bankruptcy, and helped her CEO with corporate restructuring. Some years later, Minni also successfully restructured the G&A department and was a part of the acquisition & integration of systems within the company.  She was able to collect all outstanding debts and reduced corporate debts by 50% along with increasing revenue in sales.

Minni has always been passionate about helping others.  She knows the real estate process is very complicated and lengthy, and understands that people may need help, especially in difficult times. Minni is aware that every situation is unique.
